From advertising and screening to the job offer stage, your Consultant handles the entire process. Our clients frequently comment on the high quality of our work. Suitable resumes are fully prepared including verbal references. They are always presented in the O’Neils resume format, which makes it very easy for clients to compare candidates resumes. Verbal reference checking is always completed to confirm the suitability, work ethic and quality of the candidate.
We have a very low ‘fall over’ rate of one in ten. Our extensive database verifies the longevity of our placed candidates. Nevertheless, O’Neils Personnel offers the comfort of a three-month guarantee period to our employers with every placement. Upon accepting a candidate from O’Neils Personnel, the employer automatically becomes part of our customer care programme. Your Consultant will stay in touch with you during the 3-month guarantee period to ensure the placed candidate is successful.
Additionally, we have a dedicated Temp / Contract Division to provide you with short term recruitment solutions. We offer ‘temp to perm’ opportunities for candidates and clients.
