Here is a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join their busy team at the Mangere based Offices.
This is an immediate start, 40hrs per week position.
About the role
Reporting to the Client Operations Manager you will be providing support to customers via email, phone and online portals. This position offers variety and no two days will be the same.
You have a dynamic personality and are passionate about developing a proactive relationship with customers. You will have a clear understanding of customer business needs and objectives, and enjoy providing sound solutions to their enquiries. Of course, you must have an excellent phone manner and professional email communication skills.
About you
• Proven customer service experience in a busy environment
• Excellent data entry skills
• Use of a CRM system is preferred but not essential
• You must be available for an immediate start
