This successful organisation based in South Auckland is a market leader in the provision of industrial products to commercial market across New Zealand. Due to growth they are seeking an experienced Service Coordinator to be a part of their supportive team.
About the role:
You will be the first point of contact for customers, understanding their needs, liaising with technical team and contractors. You will be responsible for logging jobs and ensuring booked jobs have been completed successfully. You will also assist with the general administration and provide operational support.
Previous experience as a service coordinator in service industry
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Great attention to detail and advanced computer skills
SAP experience – a bonus
