This well established company import and distribute Europe’s leading ranges of designer kitchen appliances. They are growing and need an Accounts Administrator to join their friendly team for a 12 month contract, based in Avondale. This role could go permanent for the right candidate!
In this varied role you will be responsible for assisting with all the accounts functions and supporting the Finance Manager. You will deal with accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, invoicing, answering incoming calls and dealing with customer enquiries. Your outstanding organisational skills and great attention to detail will come into great use in this role. You will also assist with management accounts and general ledger adjustments. You will absolutely understand double entry accounting and be able to take a set of accounts to trial balance.
Traits and attributes:
Good computer skills – ideally experience using CRM software
A proactive team player attitude
Experience in a similar role and work environment
Outstanding communication skills
Honest and reliable
