This successful organisation based in Central Auckland is well known for providing software and hardware solutions to Businesses nationwide. They are seeking to employ an experienced B2B sales professional with IT background to be a part of their close knit team.
About the role:
Hours of work are Mon – Fri 8.30am -5.30pm. You will be supporting the Channel Managers with the pre – sales,
on- boarding and after sales process. You will be handling various customer enquires and resolving their technical issues and updating the data base accordingly.
Previous help desk or sales support experience in IT sector – a must
Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
Tertiary qualification – desirable
A team player with flexible can do attitude
