This successful employer is proudly New Zealand owned and operated. They have made their name manufacturing and marketing a range of healthcare products for use by invalids in their home environment. Their product range includes everything from electric adjustable beds to mobility scooters – as well as a range of adjustable chairs and tables.Anything within the product range can be either sold or rented to the end user.

About the role

Due to their ambitious growth plans – this newly created position has become available. The role is Auckland based and reports to the Managing Director. Your territory covers Tauranga to New Plymouth and up to Whangarei. The primary focus of the role is to build and develop relationships and advocacy with key influencers in the Health and Homecare industries. Existing relationships within the Occupational Therapy community would be an advantage. You must be able to travel, so a full driver’s license and passport are essential

Attributes and skills sought:

This role would ideally suit an experienced BDM who has worked in the wider healthcare industry.You are recognised as a polished sales professional capable of devising profitable solutions. Other traits you will need are:

• HIghly developed commercial acumen and time management skills
• Able to achieve sales budgets working with a high degree of autonomy
• You are a driven sales achiever
• Well developed reporting skills
