Respected property development co. seeks capable Sales Administrator to join their successful team
This well established company is a market leader in the development of quality accommodation properties throughout Australasia and the South Pacific. They continue to expand their New Zealand property portfolio with up market newly built properties.
The role is based at their Head Office on Auckland’s North Shore and reports to the Company Manager.This role is considered to be of some importance as you will be the” voice” of the company. English spoken like a first language is a must.
The primary focus of the role is to support the co. in it’s goal to be the accommodation supplier of choice in the corporate traveler market
Other attributes and skills sought are:
Experience turning an enquiry into a sale
A strong customer focus and upbeat telephone manner
Experience using a CRM or updating a customer database is a plus
Ideally you have commercial “smarts”and the energy to proactively follow up leads and close them
