This employer is a well established provider of auto services and are looking to employ a capable Service Receptionist to support their busy workshop and liaise with their many customers!
The main focus of the role is to take bookings from customers needing their vehicles serviced in the on site workshop. This is a busy reception role – the phone rings a lot!. So the person we are looking for must be able to multi task and work comfortably under steady pressure. You will also be responsible for various admin tasks to support the workshop.
Proven experience in a similar role (1-2 years)
Pays attention to detail
Great communication skills
Flexible can do attitude
Can work on Saturdays (8-2pm OT time and half)
