Long term temp assignment based in West Auckland suitable for mums returning to work
This stable Co based in West Auckland is well known for providing heat services to the industrial sector. Due to genuine reasons they are seeking an experienced receptionist/data entry person for a long term temp assignment.
About the role:
This is a part time temp role. Hours of work are Monday to Friday (8.30am or 9.00am to 12.30pm or 1.00pm) 4 hours everyday. You will be responsible for entering time sheets and invoices in the system, filing and general receptionist duties i.e. answering the phone.
To be successful you need:
Similar work experience – ideally 2-3 years
Excellent data entry skills – a must
Great attention to detail
Good communication skills
