They provide end-to-end business support services within the export space – from product selection and logistics right through to payment, they export to Asia and the Pacific. They are currently looking for an Office Junior to learn and start coordinating admin duties in their city fringe office. Whilst this is an entry level position, the ideal candidate will bring about a year’s experience in some sort of market / office environment.
Some of your key responsibilities:
Working towards your customs PIN over a 6-month period
Filing and printing labels
Assisting with accounts payable using MYOB
Answering phones and emails
Hours of work for this role are 8:30am to 5:00pm. You will have an hour off for lunch.
What the ideal candidate looks like:
Organised and self-motivated
A positive, helpful manner – this is a close knit team and they are looking for someone who will fit right in!
Excellent communicator – English must be spoken and written as a first language
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite
