A successful export and distribution business is looking for an Office Administrator – someone keen and reliable. This company exports some of the most loved Kiwi brands to Asia and the Pacific. They need someone who has a great eye for detail and fits well in their open plan office, located in Aucland City.
Main responsibilities of the role:
Filing, photocopying and printing labels
Maintaining price lists
Learning software such as Prodoc in which you can enter new products / orders
Answering the phone, emails and being an approachable point of contact for customers
It is preferred that candidates who apply for the role have about 1-year experience working in a Freight Forwarding or Shipping office environment.
Who you are:
Someone willing to learn and grow – you will be required to work towards your Customs PIN
English must be spoken and written as a first language
Computer proficiency is a MUST – Word, Excel, Outlook
Positive, friendly and helpful
This is a permanent, full-time role and requires someone who wants to further develop their potential for office and admin work. It is important that you have at least 12 months’ experience in a similar role so that you have developed a strong work ethic and discipline for a long-term office role.
