Experienced office administrator required for temp assignment
This company is a well established provider of engineering, construction and maintenance services to asset owners in the utility, industrial, commercial, resources and infrastructure sectors. For genuine reasons there is the requirement for an experienced Office Administrator in the North Shore office.
This is a full time temp assignment with an immediate start.
The key duties of this role are:
Creating purchase orders
Coordinating payroll from time sheets
Various administration tasks as required
In addition to excellent attention to detail you will have the following:
Excellent oral and written communication
Outstanding time management skills
The ability to work in a diverse team environment
Previous experience with ERP packages would be an advantage
