They do what they can to attract, develop and maintain top talent. Right now they have an exciting opportunity for Customer Services person to join for a 12 month contract. There is the potential for this role to evolve into a Service Manager position after 12 months.
The primary responsibility of this role is to provide exceptional customer services and to ensure that the company have a well-trained and motivated team to help create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth.
Skills / attributes sought:
Experience managing a team – minimum of 3 years
Ability to problem solve and quick to think on your feet.
10 years + experience within freight / logistics industry
Ability to build rapport with customers
