A successful equipment hiring company is looking for an Executive Assistant to join their Auckland operations. They are a recognised name in the provision of access and scaffolding equipment. They provide their services to domestic, industrial and commercial construction clients throughout Auckland.
They are looking for someone who can keep things streamlined and be a team player.
Some of your tasks:
Answering customer queries via telephone, email and social media
Typing workplace documents
End-of-month processing of invoices
Creating and maintaining records
Taking minutes, booking meetings etc
Excellent communication skills
Experience in dealing with accounts payable and accounts receivable
Strong work ethic
Flexibility and an adherence to deadlines
