This iconic organisation based in Auckland is a market leader in providing software and hardware solutions to the commercial sector. Currently they are seeking to employ an experienced customer services person with ICT sales background to join their close knit team.
The role reports to the Sales Manager. Hours of work are Mon – Fri 8.30 – 5.30 (no long shifts or weekends). You will be responsible for sales and development by assisting the Channel Managers, troubleshooting technical issues. You will also assist with the on boarding process and after sales follow ups.
Previous customer service / sales support experience ideally in IT
Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
A team player with flexible can do attitude
Has great attention to detail
Full product training provided
