They are currently on the lookout for an experienced Customer Services Rep who has worked in Imports for at least 2 years.
Some key duties of the role:
Ensuring customer data is correct and communicated through proper channels
Inspection of incoming shipping documents to check for accuracy and any discrepancies
Quoting ad-hoc freight and insurance rates
Resolving customer complaints and problems
This role requires you to actively support the Sales/Operations teams and to provide liaison services between clients, overseas agents and inter-office departments.

Sound knowledge of and experience in the freight forwarding industry
EXCELLENT communication and inter-personal skills
A high degree of motivation and a proactive attitude
Proficiency in using EDI software
Adherence to Health & Safety protocols is also a large part of this role.
