This employer is a privately owned New Zealand company specialising in the shipping and freight business on an international level. They have branches and agents spread throughout New Zealand and their philosophy is to build strong relationships with their customers, agents and suppliers by providing honest and upfront services.
Due to change, this employer seeks the services of an experienced Freight Forwarding Customer Services star to join their close knit team. The role reports to the Customer Services Manager.

What do you need?
Clear and concise communication skills
Sound knowledge of Incoterms and supply chain systems
Minimum 5 years relevant NZ freight forwarding experience
Strong time management and organisational skills
Must be computer literate
High level of attention to detail
EDI Cargowise experience – definite advantage
