An established shipping container depot facility is currently looking for a bright and enthusiastic Customer Services professional. This is a New Zealand owned and operated business – they value their customers and their staff! The successful candidate will have 3 plus years experience in the field.
Main tasks in the role:
Provide exceptional Customer Services to external clients to grow the company’s reputation
Understand stock level requirements / monitor the level of stock coming in
Produce daily client reports to investigate anything that may affect client KPIs
Receive and process service inquiries from transport operators, clients and forklift drivers
