This employer is well established in the sign industry. They are committed to delivering quality, cost effective products and service. Due to further growth, they are seeking a Customer Service Team Leader to join their small, but growing team, based in East Tamaki.
The primary focus of the role is to manage a team of 3 staff members. You will also be responsible for designating administration duties, monitoring call centre activity, liaising with freight providers as well as internal managers and supporting the Sales Team. In this role it is important to understand the import and distribution process!!
