
CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
This well-established company is one of New Zealand’s fastest-growing online retailers and are a firm favourite for home improvements. This is a great opportunity for Customer Service Representative who looking for a fun, dynamic assignment on an ongoing basis!
You will be working out of their trendy Eden Terrace office.
Hours of work are Monday- Friday 8.30-5pm.
About the role:
• Provide customers with exceptional phone-based service!
• Handle queries related to consumer products – product issues, pricing, returns etc – both over the phone and via email
• Trace and trace/delivery issues
• Technical troubleshooting and problem solving
About you
• You have a dynamic, outgoing personality and are seeking your next challenge
• You’re a quick learner and you pick up on new product information easily
• Experience in a customer focused environment is a must
• Available for an immediate start!
