Nationwide Co providing Healthcare equipment to patients at home seeks capable CSR to join busy team
This employer is a leader within the Healthcare sector. They supply a wide range of health equipment to home based patients through ACC and local DHBsThey are currently seeking a capable Customer Service Representative to join their busy South Auckland based team.
You will be responsible for ensuring a high level of customer service is delivered to their clients throughout New Zealand. The role reports to the Customer Service Manager and hours are 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday – Friday. (No weekend work)
The successful candidate will have:
Ideally Customer Service experience within the wider Health services sector
Good listening and communication skills
Experience using a CRM or database
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
