Your duties will include:
Answering phone queries
Processing sales orders
Managing stock levels (CRM experience will be handy!)
Email management (customer queries)
You will have:
Must have worked in a similar role where you’ve processed sales orders
MS Excel intermediate / advanced skills – high speed / accuracy
Outstanding general computer knowledge
Geographic knowledge of city area is huge bonus!
Friendly and professional phone manner
Attention to detail
