This employer is a manufacturer and distributor of aluminium doors and windows, and is recognised as a leader in the New Zealand building market. They are looking to employ a Customer Service person to join their friendly team, based in East Tamaki for a temp role to help them through a busy period.
This is a temp role for 1 month, maybe longer – A perm role may be available for the right person.
The primary focus of the role is to be the first point of contact for all customers – answering phone, email and face to face enquiries. You will also be responsible for accurately processing customer orders and dealing with invoice enquiries. You will take ownership of this role and be willing to put your hand to any task.
The successful candidate will have the following traits and attributes:
Experience in a similar role
Good computer skills – experience with SAP is advantageous!!
