They are currently looking for an experienced Customer Care Specialist to join their busy Auckland centre.
Main responsibilities of the role:
Timely processing of orders to ensure dispatch meets deadlines
Liaising with internal departments
Managing retail clients to identify sales opportunities
Updating systems to produce accurate reports
The ideal candidate:
Previous experience in a busy, product based environment – preferably a call centre
Knowledge of ERP and CRM systems
Strong customer focus
Excellent communications skills – English must be spoken as a first language
