Some of your primary tasks:
Relationship development with Key Customer Accounts
Taking customer service calls
Managing and reviewing internal and external service delivery processes
Supporting the Customer Services and Client Operations teams
Are these some of the responsibilities you have easily handled in a previous role? Are you a go-getter with a natural customer focused attitude? Then WE WANT YOU!
What we look for in you:
Previous experience in a Customer Services / Sales role
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel
