This organisation based in South Auckland is seeking an experienced office administrator to be a part of their supportive team.
This is a full time position and reports to the Operations Manager. You will be responsible for the overall admin, liaising with contractors and process invoices. You will be first point of contact for clients and schedule services/inspections.
Previous office admin experience 3-5 years
Excellent communication skills
Able to multi task
Great attention to detail – a must
