This employer is a successful business which provides centralised accounting support services to a specialised group of medical practitioners. They are currently looking for an experienced Account and Credit Control Administrator to join their close knit team.
The role is based in their pleasant open plan offices in Remuera. The culture is collaborative and team driven.
Your primary tasks are:
Patient and contract payment receipting
Weekly payments to doctors
Schedule and enter daily booking lists
We’re looking for someone who can handle an exciting and fulfilling role where there is always a lot going on. You will also need a strong customer focus and an outstanding telephone manner.
What you need:
An understanding of and experience in the medical sector
Knowledge of ACC and hospital contracts
Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain effective relationships
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Access
