Growing co. seeks capable Administrator with MYOB experience to join small friendly team
This established co. is a respected market leader in the provision of business services in the greater Auckland area. Due to genuine reasons this role has become available. The role reports to the Managing Director and is based at their modern offices in Grafton
We looking for a competent administrator capable of taking a set of accounts to trial balance. The candidate we are looking for will ideally have relevant accounting qualifications and experience doing the job within a small / medium sized enterprise. You will also be required to complete both weekly and fortnightly payrolls using MYOB The role has one direct report – the sales support secretary
Ideally you will possess the following skills and attributes
You are an experienced user of MYOB, Word & Excel
High level of accuracy in your work and attention to detail is a must
English spoken like a first language
Your former managers describe you as self motivated and trustworthy Manager
Able to provide confidential PA support to the Managing Director when required.
