Stable business services provider seeking an experienced accounts admin person.
This successful organisation based in central Auckland is well known for providing business / accounting services to medical specialists. Due to geninue reasons they are seeking to employ an experienced accounts admin person to be part of their team.
About the role:
The role reports to the Office Manager. You will be responsible for providing overall admin support to the medical specialists, process and receipt payments. You will also manage AR / credit control duties and assist with scheduling / bookings and handle client enquires.
Proven 3-5 years Accounts/Admin experience in medical sector – a must
Strong attention to detail and good computer skills
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Flexible can do attitude
