Successful manufacturing co. seeks capable Administrator for their busy modern office
This privately held company is well established and is a trusted supplier to major building companies in the NZ marketplace. They are looking for an experienced person to take ownership of the smooth running of their office and provided general admin support to the Directors. The role reports to the CEO of Sales and Finance and is based in the Penrose / Onehunga area.
Your role is varied and challenging, including everything from AP / AR and payroll for 15 staff to providing administration support. Ideally you are someone who can work unsupervised and get the job done! You will be mature minded and enjoy working in a predominantly male team.
To be successful in this role you will need the following
Minimum 3+ years experience in a similar role
English, spoken like a first language
Ideally have experience using Accredo (accounts) and MYOB payroll – strong Excel skills are a must
Background in a manufacturing environment is an advantage.
Hours of work are Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM – no weekend work required. Knowledge of procurement / logistics would be helpful – but not necessary as full training and support will be provided. Immediate start available – however the employer is willing to wait for the right candidate
