Successful equipment hire co. seeks experienced Accounts Administrator for busy office.
This respected employer is well established in the hire equipment industry. They have been operating for over 25 years and provide a complete range of scaffold and access equipment for hire, mostly in the construction industry. They are about to embark on a huge growth phase and looking for a confident and efficient Accounts Administrator, to join their friendly team based in Penrose. This role reports to the General Manager.
In this autonomous role your primary responsibility is to provide accounting and admin support to the General Manager. You will also be involved in all invoicing, responding to email/phone enquiries, chasing outstanding accounts, AP, coordinate quotes and general administration tasks.
To be successful in this role you will have the following traits and attributes:
Advanced Excel skills!!
Outstanding attention to detail
An accounting qualification i.e. Degree or Diploma
Great sense of humor and good communication skills
