This employer is well known for being suppliers of high-end European designed furniture, which they distribute throughout New Zealand . An opportunity exists to join their busy team as an experienced Accounts Administrator.
You will be responsible for providing support to the Director for all accounts functions. i.e. accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, invoicing, payroll, credit control and general office duties. Your outstanding organisational skills and strong attention to detail will be put to good use.
To be successful in this role, the following skills and attributes are required
Experience using MYOB and Accredo is a plus
Processing weekly / monthly payment runs
Month end procedures and GL reconciliations
Intermediate to advanced EXCEL skills
